The Service also provides electronic signature functionality, PDF document generation, and a dashboard for managing proposals. The Service is provided on a pay-per-document or subscription basis.

3. Accounts

Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. AI-Generated Content

The proposals and contracts generated by our AI are templates intended as a starting point. They are not a substitute for professional legal advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy and legal sufficiency of any document before sending or signing it. SendAndSign.co makes no warranty that AI-generated content is legally binding, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation.

5. Electronic Signatures

The Service allows parties to sign documents electronically. By using the e-signature feature, you consent to conducting transactions electronically. We record signature metadata (timestamp, IP address, and user agent) to help verify signatures. However, SendAndSign.co does not guarantee that electronic signatures will be legally enforceable in all jurisdictions or for all types of agreements. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable e-signature laws.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a document or subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you provide to the Service (project descriptions, client details, etc.) and of the generated documents. SendAndSign.co retains ownership of the platform, its code, design, AI models, and branding. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate fraudulent, misleading, or illegal documents
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SendAndSign.co and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability and intellectual property) shall survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
